Delete your Innerglyph account

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Scroll to “Delete account” and tap “Delete my account”.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and tap “Permanently delete”.

Deletion happens right away and you’ll be signed out. It can’t be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, password and sign-in sessions.
• Your saved birthday and readings history, including daily card pulls.
• Your friends list and the birthdays you saved for friends on this device.
• Your notification preferences and push-notification subscription.
• Your ad-free plan record and any contact messages you sent us.
• Any active ad-free subscription is canceled immediately, so you won’t be charged again. Canceling doesn’t refund the current period.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment and tax records (receipts, invoices and transaction details) held by our payment processor, Stripe, which we must keep as the law requires, typically up to 7 years.
• Limited server and security logs, kept for up to 30 days for reliability and abuse prevention.
• Anonymous, aggregated analytics that can’t be linked back to you.

Can’t sign in?

Send a request below, or email support@getinnerglyph.com from the email address on your account. We’ll confirm that the address is yours, then delete the account and its data within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.
