By accessing or using Innerglyph you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The operator is Crystal Shell, contact support@getinnerglyph.com.
Entertainment and self-reflection only
Birth-card lookups, Planetary Ruling Cards, daily, yearly, 52-day, friends, and related content are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or professional advice. Do not rely on readings for decisions that require a qualified professional.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account credentials. Do not misuse the service (including scraping, attacking, or reverse-engineering beyond what the law allows), upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
Subscriptions and payments
Optional Weekly and Yearly plans remove ads on eligible reading pages as described on Pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are charged according to the plan you select; taxes may apply. Cancel through Stripe's receipt or customer portal. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts.
Intellectual property
Site design, software, and original copy are owned by Innerglyph or its licensors. The Cards of Destiny tradition and playing-card symbolism are cultural systems; our specific interpretations and presentation are our content. You may not copy the site wholesale or resell access without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that readings will match any particular expectation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innerglyph and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for ad-free access in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $50.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
